Pre-warms per-day VRM timeseries into vrm_daily_series so Data Logs opens
are instant instead of waiting on VRM throttled range fetches. Enroll a production to
enable the fast reader path + nightly warming; run a backfill to fill historical days.
Enrolled productions use the fast assembler read path and are warmed nightly. Un-enrolled productions fall back to the legacy single-range VRM fetch.
| Production | Units | Enrolled |
|---|
Backfills every enrolled production in sequence with cooldowns. Each unit is fetched only for its actual
assignment window (production_units.unit_start…unit_end). Within a production,
slices are interleaved across units so concurrent VRM calls hit 3 different sites instead of hammering one.
Fetches missing (unit, day) tuples from VRM at bounded concurrency. Safe to re-run — already-present rows are skipped; throttled slices are not persisted, so re-runs retry them. Roughly 1s per unit-day at concurrency 3.
After retries, any tuples that keep coming back empty are days the unit was offline (no LTE, in transit, unplugged). "Mark stuck as empty" persists those as known-empty rows so the backfill stops re-attempting them and the assembler treats them as 0-contribution days (accurate for offline units).
Loading fleet data...

Configured target — live grid power will vary with load.
Based on how fast the battery is charging right now. Updates automatically as the load changes.

Each row is a discrete generator start. Early shutoffs flagged when generator stopped below 90% SOC.
Standalone calculators — no production required. Useful for sales conversations and quick what-if math.
Quick what-if: enter assumed Basecamp Generator hours, get the diesel volume, fuel cost, CO₂, and tree-year equivalent a basecamp generator would have burned over that span.
Here is a quick reference table for some charge rates with or without loads. To be more exact, answer the questions, and the data will populate in the boxes at the bottom.
| Dial (A/leg) | AC In (kW) | No load | + 10 kW | + 20 kW | + 30 kW |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 75A/leg or 225A total | 27.0 | 8 hr | 12 hr 42 min | 30 hr 51 min | discharging |
| 100A/leg or 300A total | 36.0 | 6 hr | 8 hr 18 min | 13 hr 30 min | 36 hr |
| 125A/leg or 375A total | 45.0 | 4 hr 48 min | 6 hr 10 min | 8 hr 38 min | 14 hr 24 min |
| 150A/leg or 450A total | 54.0 | 4 hr | 4 hr 55 min | 6 hr 21 min | 9 hr |
| 168A/leg or 504A total | 60.5 | 3 hr 34 min | 4 hr 17 min | 5 hr 20 min | 7 hr 5 min |
| 200A/leg or 600A total | 72.0 | 3 hr 34 min | 3 hr 34 min | 4 hr 9 min | 5 hr 9 min |
| 225A/leg or 675A total | 81.0 | 3 hr 34 min | 3 hr 34 min | 3 hr 34 min | 4 hr 14 min |
| 250A/leg or 750A total | 90.1 | 3 hr 34 min | 3 hr 34 min | 3 hr 34 min | 3 hr 36 min |
| 275A/leg or 825A total | 99.0 | 3 hr 34 min | 3 hr 34 min | 3 hr 34 min | 3 hr 34 min |
168 A/leg (60.5 kW DC) is the max battery charge rate. Charge supply can support up to ~38.5 kW of load and the 60.5 kW max charge rate simultaneously at 275 A/leg. Larger loads increase charge time.
Estimate how long the bank will run a given load before hitting your recharge cutoff. Solar feeding in from fleet trailers offsets the draw (or charges the bank if solar exceeds load).
Even a small power source over a long day can stretch your runtime — saving fuel and money.
If you can estimate how much of your total load is EV charging, see what runtime you'd gain by moving it off-site.
Side-by-side cost + CO₂ comparison for the same volume of fuel. Useful for the "is the RD premium worth it?" conversation. Diesel = 22.4 lbs CO₂/gal · Renewable Diesel = 7.8 lbs CO₂/gal (USFS / EPA defaults).
Most widely available on the West Coast (CA, OR, WA) and expanding in the Northeast, Texas, and Florida. Major suppliers to ask for by name: Neste MY, World Energy, Diamond Green Diesel.
