If you see / hear / smell…

Smoke, flame, burning-plastic smell	1. EMERGENCY STOP · 2. CALL 911 · 3. Call Lightnin · 4. Evacuate 50+ ft · Do NOT open door
Hissing, popping, unusual sound	EMERGENCY STOP · CALL 911 to be safe · then call Lightnin. Skip the action only if you can clearly identify the sound as routine: truck airbags, tires, inverter clicks, breaker trips.
Melting / scorching at a camlock or 120V Edison receptacle	Likely bad cable or overloaded cable specs · Call Lightnin · verify no other problems · don't reuse cable or plug without maintenance
Small flame / arcing at exterior camlock or Edison (no fire inside box)	EMERGENCY STOP · if safe, use ABC extinguisher (rear-left bumper) · if doesn't go out, CALL 911 then call Lightnin · don't risk safety
VRM alert: panel temp ≥ 150°F	EMERGENCY STOP · call Lightnin · inspect exterior and VRM data
Electric shock / arcing	Don't touch victim · EMERGENCY STOP · CALL 911 then call Lightnin
Water leaking into box	EMERGENCY STOP · disconnect shore if safe · call Lightnin
Truck fuel spill	Engine OFF · Alternator OFF · EMERGENCY STOP · no ignition · call Lightnin
Truck engine fire or collision	Engine OFF (if safe) · Alternator OFF · EMERGENCY STOP · CALL 911 then call Lightnin

EMERGENCY STOP // Do-Not List

EMERGENCY STOP button

Where: Rear right corner of truck box, right of AC output panel. Red/white decal with arrow.
How: Press firmly. Button locks in place.
What it does: Cuts off all inverters · disconnects AC In/Out · isolates batteries (still charged).
Reset: Only after Lightnin clears the unit.

Truck Alternator (3rd charge path)

In any emergency: shut off the truck engine, then switch the alternator OFF.
Switch location: In the cab, left of the steering wheel.
Indicator illuminated = alternator fault. Leave switch OFF until Lightnin clears it.

Do NOT

Open the personnel door during a fire or 150°F+ alert
Touch camlock connections when energized
Try to extinguish a battery fire yourself
Spray water on energized AC panels
Reset EMERGENCY STOP until Lightnin clears the unit
Turn alternator on after fault light illuminates

Evacuation sequence

Hit EMERGENCY STOP
Engine OFF · Alternator OFF (left of steering wheel)
Move personnel 50+ ft from the truck
CALL 911 if any fire / smoke / thermal sign
